After winning the T-20 world cup, everybody was on cloud nine. India were the world champions in twenty-twenty cricket, winning the first world cup. But after that in the current Future cup, watching them play, nobody would believe that they had earlier beat Aussies in the semi final of the world cup. I mean its sad to watch them lose right after winning a tournament. Right now they are losing the series 0-2. 4 matches are left. Are there any chances of their winning ? Well, have to remain optimistic.

yeah there are chances of india bouncing back ..but to tell you the truth aussies are the best in the 50 over format ...and india cannot match them ...i think india shoul leave playing one day ..and concentrate only on tests and T20...this is what they are meant to play ..and talking about optimism...yeah i m optimistic being an indian ..i love seeing india win matches...but soemwhere deep inside my heart i have a diff feeling which tells me a totally diff story ... if only india wants to win ..it has to be a combination of the good wrk of seniors ..and younger players ...both in feilding ...and batting

Yes, you are right. Also, there is no one in our team on whom we can rely that he will certainly play good.

Well, T-20 is all-together a very different cricket. It does involve a lot of luck. Indian played well for 20 overs and were rewarded as champions. But you have to persist same performance for 50 overs, 100 overs a match, rather than only 20. It requires more stamina, more patience and more hardwork. Australians have shown that their team is great since wining the 1999 WC. They hardly lose a game or so, but after that they come very strongly and thrash the opponents. India has to play their best out there and every player has to perform as a unit. India can't beat Australia on individual performances, as Yuvraj's fantastic century went in vain. If somebody would have accompanied Yuvraj, India would have been the winners. nevertheless, it was past, forget it. Now, India must learn from it and give Australians a tough time. Otherwise, Australians are the leaders of cricket at the moment...
