You probably just need more sleep. Do you wear glasses or contacts? I wear contacts & sometimes my eyes just need a rest from them -- so I take them out & put on my glasses. Also, try to take a break from the computer, rub your eyes if you need to, blink a lot -- or maybe use eye drops.

Get more sleep and give your eyes a break from the monitor from time to time. A period of 5 mins for every half an hour is recamended. There are quite a few good eye drops on the market. I work for a company called Alcon, which makes quite a few decent eye products. If your eyes are feeling try go for something called Tears Natural and if its really bad go for something called Systane - it will give the eyes a good relaxed feeling.

I can see that it is your hard work that made your eyes so uncomfortable. I had the same experience like you had. When I work too long at the the computer and feel stressed from working too long, my eyes will have the same problem. It can also be caused from lacking enough sleep. My best way to make my eyes feel good again is to have enough sleep to get them back to normal again. And it takes at least two or three days for that. I hope that you are getting better now, plum wish.

well you can cut some cucumber into pieces and just close your eyes any place it over it ..so that your eyes are cooled of....try closing your eyes fr 5 mins every 1hr u sit infront of the computer ...which reduces the stress in the eyes and helps it relax

One golden rule is to stare away from the monitor every five minutes for about 5-6 seconds. It makes your eyes muscles exersive more. The uncomfortable feeling you get is from the hours of staring at the monitor.

Yes try cold cucumbers. The best remedy is always look away from your monitor screen every 30 minutes or so or blink several times to avoid constraint.
