Then pl. tell us are you really a hard worker or smart worker?
Rather do you work self or get the work done?
Leaders always delegate the work smarlty.
So are you a good leader?

The definition of leadership varies from situation to situation, place to place. One who gets done, without him being involved is an autocrat and not a good leader. A good leader involves himself with all levels of workers, so that he can motivate them to perform better, he can show them how to work, and the workers also feel that their leader is with them in their work. He is the true worker and I belong to this category of leaders. Not just getting the work done.
