Normally We say, I am happy. But is it really true? Do you happy with your family,your job and with other things?

Yes, I am happy. everything in lfe is giving and receiving. Either we give happiness and take happiness or we take sorrow or give sorrow.I choice to be happy.

Yes, I am happy.Happiness is a choice. Everything in life is "giving". So we either take happiness or receive happiness.

it is a general way start talking with the question "How are you?" and maximum say im fine really no body takes this question serious

Well we say How are you as a part of greeting when we meet somebody. Generally nobody wants to know how we really feel : Normally i say i am ok ... even if i am not But generally it is truth i am happy about my new job, about my life ... maybe sometimes i wish there was something more

That was why that particular words had been classified as 'Greeting Words' and its objective is not for the answer that concern. Greet mean a polite way to give words when meet people. The answer will be the ambiguous and subjective words.
