If God asks you, "Why should I let you into heaven?" What would you say?

He don't have any reason why God wouldn't want you there. The truth is He wants you there. He gave His son for us to go to heaven. But it is us who decides where we want to go.
The decision we make with Christs invitation,
"Those that believe in me will have eternal life, but those who don't will not have eternal life but the wrath of God is in Him." John 316,18,36
So what's your decision?

First of all, and I don't mean to sound "cocky" but I don't think God will ask me that. I think he would say "Welcome Home".
But, if he did, I will say that I have been faithful to Him and kept his commandments to the best of my ability. I also looked to his Son, Jesus and the scriptures about Him for guidance and to see how He has related to others.
I'm sure God would realize how limited we all are in really getting ready for Heaven and overlooks all our imperfections.

I would say, "Only by your grace, O God, and because of what your Son, Jesus Christ, did for me on the cross. It is nothing that I have done, but what You, Lord, have done for me."
