Hi there. Potatoes here in our house and alot of other houses I know, is like a substitute food to rice and pasta... I know we dont eat potatoes everyday, but that not too say we dont like them either, I think potatoes are nice in different cooking varities... As we like to chop and change dishes...

Potatoes are my favorite food too. Especially, the fried variety. Have you ever had ice cream with potatoes such as french fries or potato chips? Delicious, I must say. Try it sometimes.

Yes, We are vegetarians and use potato as one of the vegetables in cooking the curry or making what is called as SAMBAR - A LIQUID stuff to mix with rice. We do not use it too often but once or twice a week we use potato in our cooking.

the only potato i like is mashed poato with butter and a little milk then mix it in yummy and i like roast poato as well
