why do girls look more sexy than boys

till 12yrs gals look as if they r kid., but cute., but as yrs r going on they become more sexy(especially 15-18). why does the same statistical growth is not seen in males

hello nickybeit,I believe girls are more concerned of their health than boys.They take care of their hair,skin,eyes,diet.When they reach puberty,it gets worse,they either become anorexic or bulimic.It's hard to keep with the other girls,they're either more fit,has more abs and swims the fastest.Girls are competitive too.I guess boys are better in the sense they don't compete between other boys to stay fit.They do it for themselves.Whereas girls,it's all about competition.
