What do you do to stay fit???

Hi mylotters...
Everybody out here likes to be fit and healthy and enjoy life to its fullest.. And for that to happen, we need to check our diets and workout regularly...
So, how many of u workout?? Or for that matter, do u do something else to stay in shape?? How do u stay fit??

To stay fit, I keep a control on my diet, and look carefully what I am eating.. If its too oily and fatty, I prefer eating it to the minimum.. I also do exercise and yoga in the mrning, and go for walks in the evening.. I also like to have only fruits in my breakfast.. Its like skipping one meal altogether, but much better.. As skipping meals does more harm than good, while eating fruits does no harm at all...

Hello Lifeless.
I do briskwalking for fitness. I do it 3 x a day for 1-2 hours each day. This, combined with healthy diet is enough to keep me fit. This exercise also helps me sleep better and concentrate on my works better. There were some weeks that I didn't do it. I don't sleep well if I don't exercise. So, I really have to do it.

I take walks. I also like to go out & photograph things -- which entails a lot of walking. :)
