My sister n law told me once that there are three kinds of men. The ones that need to be told I love you. The ones that need things put together. Your house and kids clean, meals on the table. Or the ones that just know your love without speaking it. Which husband is yours? Mine, the love without speaking. He hates to be told over and over I love him. He already knows. But it dose help when the house is clean. But maby men are all three?

My husband definitely falls into the all 3 category. For one we all need to be reassured from time to time that we are loved, so most people will fall into that one. Secondly, Myself as well as my husband both suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or OCD..everything has its place..and it needs to be there, meal time is especially important for us. We all still sit down to the table as a family at night and eat together, talk, whatever. This is very important in having a healthy family. He also knows without me saying that I love him. He says he can see the way I look at him and he knows. That is awesome

Well,I think men are mixture of all three.I think sometimes they want to hear that his wife loves him, sometimes they want to take care and clean the house to satisfied his wife and sometimes they don't want to talk but express their feelings by their thoughts. This is my husband's and I love him.

Hmm I dont think he is any of those. lol He tells me all the time I love you first, and must say it a half a dozen times or more on his way out the door for work every morning. Hes pretty independent and will cook. Dont let me be gone away from the house for more than an hour and hes at home, I will come home to him doing some sort of cleaning. He hardly gets angry, about anything really and is quite shy and quiet around anyone but me. Hes always doing nice things for me and he doesnt complain that Im not working right now, he just says "dont worry about it, its not like your not trying". What more could I ask for?
Not really sure how you would categorize him! lol

Hello WiteNgtOwl.
My husband is those 3 kinds in some degree. He likes to be told 'i love you' but not all the time. He likes the household to be in order but sometimes he comes home and everything is a mess because of the little kids. This doesn't give him a bad temper. He also knows the love felt by the family towards each other without the words being spoken all the time.

Mine is a comination of a husband who loves to be told I love you and needs things put together. I love those characteristics in him because I also love to be told I love you as often as possible and I don't have hard time placing things in their proper place because he is very organized, he cooks food for us, do the bed and put the clothes in the laundry on weekends. He helps me maintain the house as much as he can
