I don't like to eat breakfast when I first get up in the morning. After a couple of hours have passed, then I'm ready to eat. I'm not really a morning person, so I guess I just need some time to wake up before I even think of food. My mom always made us eat breakfast before we went to school. I would try to get up early so I would be ready to eat when it was time.
I've been on the 3-hour diet for the last couple of weeks. They recommend that you don't wait any longer than 2 hours after waking up before you eat breakfast. Haven't had any problem with that because I usually just eat fruit and yogurt.

On today's morning I've discovered that there was happiness around me when i've breakfast.it made me a good mood. After taking it I felt it's a new day which's full of chances,chelinge.I need the breakfast to remind me it's a new beginning.

What a beautiful way to think of breakfast, a new beginning of a new day. Be assured I will think of that tomorrow morning and will make a point of eating and celebrating my gift of life for another day. Pleasant thoughts that make me smile inside and out.

Hi, I cannot endure without eating my breakfast in the morning. I usually eat one to two pieces of bread and drink a small amount of hot chocolate if I was in your case. If I am getting late with my appointment, I still encouraged myself to eat. Your health is much important than your work or school.

I dont feel hungry till about 11am. So i generally eat only when im hungry. Otherwise i tend to put on weight which i can definetely do without. But breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I know this but still skip breakfast and go directly to brunch

Hello bimal10p.
I always make sure that I've eaten breakfast. If I do this, I can take late lunch or light lunch. I'm used to having breakfast. If I eat one, I'd have more energy to starting my day's task. I often skip dinner but never breakfast. :)
