Sailor Jack recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for sailor jacks? There cupcakes and they are SOOOO good. I can't find them on the net.

I searched for 'image for sailor jack cake', the image of cake was very clear and it link to www.foodmigration.com. But I could not find the recipe. And again, on that link there was a clear photo about the cupcakes type of sailor jack cake.
