Do you like Wine? if no thats Ok, need opinions.

Ok, I am not much of a wine drinker, I had about 10 bottles of wine that was given to My husband he doesn't drink it neither do I. I would like to know about the aging of wine, these bottles are about 30 yrs, old. some may be 10 or 20 yrs old. can you tell me about this. they say that wine is better when it is older, Is that true? I took some over to my sister's house last night and gave my girl-friend a bottle for her birthday. The rest of the wine is in the Wine rack for decoratons, if someone comes over I can offer them some of it.I think the oldest bottle I have is 1978.
