Ganguly admits "Performance should count"!!!!!!!!

Today ganguly admits that performance should count .he and remainig seniors should give a path to youngstars to play.what it means?is he realized that he got time to quit and the remaining seniors have to follow him.what ever it may be we can see a new INDAIN team soon.........happy.....

Yeah Ganguly was right in saying that performance should count and there shouls be a way for youngster. But you know a side without seniors means lack of experience which matters in crunch situations where you have to take decisions based on ypur experience rather than performance.So there should be a balance between experience and youngsters. what say!

i agree with you that team with out seniors is a team with lack of experience but they also satrted there carriers with out experience only.they have to suggest youngstars how to play in pressure and they have to guide them and make them experience players....

i agree with you..ganguly is good cricketer and he made a good partnership in the 4th odi against aussies..

i think it is not the time yet for the seniors to leave. they should play but i dnt agree that all three should play at one game. they should be rotated because three old players means a lot to the overall fitness department of the team and also they dnt run the quick singles that well which is very important against teams like australia where boundaries are hard to come becasue of their superb fielding. so i think he and others shoudl stay but should be used judiciously

Ya there should be seniors in team but not in a max count.if they are playing well but if they are not contributing by staying team and in ground they can contribute there seniority that is experience b staying out of the ground jsut like venkatesh prasad and robin.
