Help me to take screenshot

Hi
Can anybody help me to take a screen shot? I want to post my payment proof in my blogs and other sites but i dont know how to take the screen shots so i need help. I have seen many people do this and I think its not that hard that I cant do it. So if you know, can you please help me with the process? Thanks for any of your help

Most simple way is to take a "PRTSCSYDRQ" screen shot for short from your keyboard. Open a word document paste it and then crop to the size you want

The best and most simplest way to do it is by using your print screen key in your keyboard. Just open the page you want to take screenshot and press taht key (Print screen/SysRq) and then open the "paint" from your accessories in your windows and then using Ctrl+P paste the image that was captured using the keyboard, that's it your picture will be saved in the paint and you can save it anywhere you want. Only drawback here is that you can only take the screenshot of your whole desktop and you cannot take a particular spot in your desktop. I hope this helps.
