Coffee Facts..Do you have any?

Coffee is a popular drink in so many countries - It would be interesting to gather together all the coffee facts we can..After all so many many people start their day with a cup of coffee.

I have this fact about coffee that I thought I share. Perhaps..others who are coffee specialists can share some facts about Coffee they know:Here is my fact:With the exception of Hawaii and Puerto Rico, no coffee is grown in the United States or its territories.

The first coffee producing country is Brazil (near 20%), the second is Colombia (near 15%), with Indonesia, Mexico and Uganda coming next. The different types of coffee are Arabica (Unwashed and Washed) and Robusta.

Excellent research.. Is this 100 percent true..Or is there some margin of error?

I think it to be accurate. But it can change a little from one year to another depending on climate, harvest, etc.
