Hello, Kabayan. What I like the most is Sinigang na Baboy(pork). I often find myself salivating when I think of eating it. You should try it with adobo. You'll surely love it. hmmmm...I think, I going to cook sinigang na baboy now.

I like pork Adobo, as a matter of fact, this is what I am having for dinner tonight. I also like the way some people fix the egg rolls. Everybody does not make them the same. I hate them with cinnamon. I also do not like my food with Msg. It gives me a headache.

I've had many Filipino dishes. When I was a kid a lot of my dad's friends has Filipino wives. It's a strange phenomenon among men in the US Navy, they get stationed in the Filipines, fall in love and marry a Filipino woman. So I've had a lot of Filipino food, for which I feel fortunate. Everything I've tried has been delicous. My favorite is lumpia. I dated a Filipino-American boy in high school whose mom made a huge batch of lumpia for a party, the next day he brought in 2 huge tubs of meat and vegetable lumpia. A friend and I confiscated them and ate all of it.
