Are you a morning person or a night person?

You know what I mean...do you generally feel better in the mornings, or as the day progresses? I personally, am definitely NOT a morning person, even if I have had 8 hours sleep, I still have much trouble getting going every day. It is a drag. I feel much better after 3pm until midnight each day. I read this is basic metabolism, and not much you can do about it. Some people just function better in the morning, others later in the day. I "wish" I was a morning person, as society seems to reward these people more so than the so called "night people". Which are you??

I'm also more of a night person. I'm the same way as you, no matter how much sleep I get at night, mornings are still a complete bummer for me. I stay up late a lot and sleep in a lot, I just feel happier that way.

I can function well day or night, but I prefer to be a "night owl". I like to stay up late and sleep in. Unfortunately for me, my children do not like to sleep in.

I'm a night owl. Always have been. I'd much rather be up all night than do the early morning thing. My grandmother was the same way, so I chalk it up to her.
