I agree with your thinking about R Kelly, who had been accoladed with Grammy Award for best R&B Song in 1998 with his own song - "I Believe I Can Fly". The song was written, produced and also arranged by R Kelly. it was the theme song for movie Space Jam. He was born in 1969 in Chicago, IL.
