Good morning everyone!
Finally, I did make it this morning to the gym,we've been looking around for the past weeks for a not so expensive gym, one that is also near our place and this morning my friend and I went and enrolled ourselves for a membership and started right away..
It feels great! of course since we chose the morning schedule,waking up is a big problem but I have to get my self up..otherwise I'll be wasting that money..
I have few motivations to keep this weight off..
1. weddings- I'll attend one wedding this December,another one on January(my parents 50th),and on March and again on August next year,all of those I am bridesmaid..4 weddings!!!!
2. Health- I know if If I want to live long and be healthy,have lose eight or else being overweight will give me more serious problems in the future.
3. and the last one - I want to have kids! my doctor said for my hormones to get balance I really have to change my lifestyle,lose weight and live healthy.
For those working out on thier weights;Can you write at least 3 reasons that motivates you to shed those pounds off?

Good morning to you, although here it is good night, LOL. I'm so glad you found a place that you are excited about using. I can think of three reasons to shed pounds:
1. I was born with a disease that makes it very hard to lose weight, and actually causes a person to gain weight. I don't want to let that disease win. I'm not big right now, and I don't want to get big. I'm also not thin, so I have some work to do.
2. I am on disability because of many health problems. I think losing weight can only help, and perhaps that will allow me to get off disability someday.
3. I'm 26 and there is a lot of life left for me. I want to enjoy it to the fullest and have as few regrets as possible.

Good morning too!First of all, I wanna congratulate you for finally doing it! Going to gym is tiring but the reward is very worthy. Honestly, my weight is just proportionate with my height but I still go to the gym. I weigh 115lbs for my 5'3" height but I want to trim down some more especially that I have the high risk of gaining weight being a full-time housewife right now. The kitchen and food is always at my reach and they are just so tempting...LOL..hehehe..Ok here are my 3 reasons for going to the gym: (a) maintain my weight or reduce a bit, (b) I want to have a flatter abs and (c) I want to support my hubby in his aim to eliminate his growing tummy (my fault, I let him eat a lot). We go together to the gym or we jog/walk in the afternoon.

1. Feel better healthwise
2. Lose weight for a wedding in April 08 - have lost almost 20 pounds so far

I was not able to go to any gym. The only exercise i know is jogging, walking and stretching. I think my motivation to go to the gym is to keep me healthy. So i will prepare myself when i get old. I think i should try to go to the gym. And my also motivation is, i think i will if i go to the gym i can wear dresses i want.

Good morning cefaz,
Good to note that you have found a gym close to your place and keep yourself fit..you have said it right as fitness is mroe important as health is wealth.it gives happiness and self confidence..
iam health consious and if i need to reduce weight then it might be due to the below reasons..
1.. keep myself fit to look younger when age goes..
2. gives me self confidence and motivation
3.be a moral to others and free from health problems.

That is good to hear that you have started your workout in the gym. I have not tried it but I have been planning for too long but there are many things that hinders me to do it. For me the reason why we should workout is basically to have an exercise to become healthy. And of course shape up. I think it is very nice that you are healthy and sexy.

Good for you! I am glad that you found a gym and have a plan for it. I am not losing any weight for now but I always keep the same weight (or at least try to). I think the only reason I am conscious of my weight and won't let myself to even gain a pound because I hate to let myself go *laughs*. I wish you every success *smiles*. And and besides, you would have some healthy recipes to go together with the exercise too!

I went to the gym last two years for one specific reason : I wanted to look fit and nice when I visit my husband (my then boyfriend...) I enrolled for a gym membership together with my niece and we really 'worked' hard to achieve our target : to get a better shape in just two months *laughs* I remember the funny incident where my niece was eager to follow me doing exercise in the gym just because of one handsome guy who smiled at her when he first saw her! When I came back from my holiday, I started to missed my schedule. Due to work and laziness, again I spent money for nothing. But, it was not that expensive..lucky me!

Good morning dear cefaz! I had attented gym session last month. I stop for the meantime coz lots of work to do. But then i am planning to come back next next next week..
Three reasons:
1. gain weight. Im a cutie and little girl you know.I want to add an extra pounds.
2. physically fit. Great and nice to see if you are physically fit and nice to look with that you are blooming all the time.LOL!
3. For a healthy lifestyle. I doing this for myself . For my own good. Working out is one of the best way to maintain your healthy living. happy posting:)
