How many times have you been sidetracked by an ad that just sounded so good, you couldn't help but investigate? I've been there a thousand times and a thousand times, I've been disgusted with myself for wasting so much of my time.
Promises, promises, promises. I could swear, every one of them is going to hand you the road to riches, out of the goodness of their hearts. Not only that but their's is the only way, the best way, the most proven way, the quickest and easiest way.
I don't know if I'll ever witness true honesty, when it comes to making ones way through the maze of 'opportunities'.
So guess what I did. :) Oh wait....first let me tell you....I bought one of those resell ideas. It was one of those 'free offers' that simply turned out to be yet another sales letter. I mean, to the hilt.
I finally decided to spend the $40, the guy wanted for the resell rights on the ebook, simply because there was this huge list of other books (that I, myself wanted to read) and software. I thought that if it turned out to be a complete waste of my time, at least I'd have all this material for my money.
Unbelievably, 2 days later, I made back that $40 so it sure wasn't a complete loss. But what did I have to do to get that $40? Posting on all the business yahoo groups. Now that sure seems like a lot of work, for what I got out of it.
Then I ran across another offer. This time an affiliate program. As my reward, I again got to download all this software and ebooks.
THEN I made the grand discovery that half of what I downloaded from that second site, were the same ebooks I downloaded from the first. That's when I finally started catching on to what was going on. Everybody was buying every body else's e-books on 'how to get rich' and re-packaging for their own sites. Grabbers, rewards for those who signed up for????????? It hit me. That's what they are doing. Selling to numbskulls like me and that's how they are getting the wads of cash, while promising those wads to us, the buyers. hmmmmm
First, I thought about doing the same things they are....building some 'know it all' website, like I'm some guru of get rich quick schemes. I realized I didn't have it in me to mess around with peoples money that way. Not even to make a living.
Then I decided to try something else. I started a whole new division, in my website, devoted to uploading all that software and all those e-books onto one site. This way, even I could start to make sense out of it and see what might actually be worth the effort of marketing. Not just me, though, everybody.
So that's what I've been up to. Building onto that one webpage. So if any of you guys might be interested, I've done something I don't think I've seen anywhere else. I'm gathering them up, all over the net, and uploading them all onto one page. Organization!
Not only do I want you to take a peek, I also want to hear what you think about what I've done and am still doing. Think it's a good idea? you know....laying it all out there in full view....

So I ask you. Anybody else had these experiences of trying to find a way to work at home, making money on the internet, and chasing their tail? I'm beginnig to see how it can be done but with everybody making such brash promising, all coming at you from every corner, it's just confusing. What works. What doesn't. All that.

Hi Judy, I agree with you, I think I could almost write a good sales page now, I've read so many and yes I've bought the odd book and program one but haven't found great value in them so far. I think what you've done with your site is an excellent idea - you've personalised it and added the value of yours (and others')experience. I think you might have taken the lemons and made lemonade! Well done.
