y? people needs to spread rumors

I worked with a girl who did that. She causes trouble everwhere she goes. We worked at a daycare, she got 2 people fired. She told parents that me and my sister, who also worked there, were beating the kids. She made me her main target because I was friends with the boss and got to do a lot of stuff. Then she even went so far as to tell them I called her husband and told him i wanted him and wanted to stay with him(they were separated) and that I didn't know the father of my baby.(i am happily married)
