They say to stop child labor we should stop considering age limitations. As long as people qualifies on the job even they are old they should hire the applicant.

In stopping child labor, authorites and government should work side by side to support the family of those who are a victim of poverty. Provide their parents (if still able) a good job for them to earn for a living, give them something that would be their source of livelihod. Most of the child laborers came from provinces, where means of living is poor and health is less regarded. Also, they came from provinces where opportunity is really hard to achieve, especially in lack education and facilities for them to study.

Hi gem, child labour is a shame and the sooner we stpped it, the better for the world. When you talk of age limits, I feel it is different from child labour. Ofcourse I hate age limits myself because it disadvantages evvery body. Young people qualify for a job then the limit is 45 yet the 20 year old person has all that it takes to be hired. Then a 45 year old wants a job and the age limit is 25 and he missies it-i think age limit must be stopped!

Hello gem3072001. Oh I so agree with what you said. Age shouldn't really be a factor in considering an applicant. Especially if the criteria or job description is not all about physical abilities but more on knowledge and experience, then definitely those who are older have more to offer.
