how to learn english well for the foreigners?

I would suggest this. As this helped me when I was learning other languages and it is more enjoyable. If you like music, then I would say start off by learning some english songs. Music sticks with you more quickly then simply reading. Also perhaps you would consider getting some basic readers? The easiest ones there are like Dr. Seuss. It may seem silly but you will learn good grammar in them and start off at a relatively easy pace.
