Danny Bonaduce not charged.in assualt case.

Has anyone heard about the lastest Danny Bonaduce story? He is not being charged. The prosecuter feels that Jonny Fairplay intiated contact & actedly offensively. The evaluation said that Fairplay jumped Bonaduce ; wrapped his arms a legs around hi & thrust his pelvis ito his body. Fairplay claimed he was hugging him. Sorry that's not my idea of a hug. What I can't understand is what plantet has this Fairplay guy been living on. He had to have known that Danny Bonaduce has a reputation for being a hot head. So why in the world did this guy put himself in that postion. In my opinion he was asking for trouble. I'm glad that Danny wasn't charged

I agree I don't think Danny should have been charged either. Yes he acted a bit accessive but like you said - That's Danny! And really how many straight guys wouldn't have done something similar? Esp on TV?

i saw that clip on The Soup! and its great that Bonaduce is not being charged, cause Fairplay totally asked for it. Danny was just walking out onstage towards Jonny and a then Jonny ran up and jump up on Danny!! like he was expecting Danny to grab hold of him...his legs were literally wrapped around Danny's waist! Danny stood there for a second or so and Jonny started that thrusting of his hips at him and danny just pushed him up and over his head. which cause Jonny to land pretty much face first on the stage!! it was friggin hilarious!!
Jonny was probably expecting Danny to play along..he really should have known better.
personally if i was Danny and some jerk guy jumped on me and started pumping his hips on me..i would have shoved him off and punched him! i think jonny got off lucky!
