With 2008 fast approaching, what is your greatest accomplishment of the year? We still have a few months to go before 2007 is a memory, so this discussion is open until New Year's Eve! I'd also love to hear from the myLot community what you consider to be an accomplishment. Is it making lots of money, helping another person, traveling to a place you've always wanted to visit? Share your insights!

Congratulations! It sounds like a job without any dull moments. I'm glad that you have a good job because it really is stressful when you have no money and the rent is due. Best of luck sreejithsreenivas!

hello, kevere. I am glad that you consider helping other persons and travelling to a place one has always wanted to visit as great accoplishment too, not just making lots of money! Yes, mental is as important as substantial or even more important. 2007 is a important year in my life, because in this year I have got a good friend. I am not kidding! She is such a good girl that I have alreay heard of her before I really know her, and then I have decided to make friends with her. Now, my dream has come true. Although we are apart now, we will miss and encourage each other.

I actually got my first (paid) article published, as well as getting off my butt and getting my name out on the internet through sites like Helium, Hubpages and AssociatedContent. Now I've just got to keep the motivation level up there and not be discouraged by any rejections.

Congrats to you! Now you are a published writer and becoming recognized for your talents! Keep the motivation going. I've come to believe that rejections are nothing more than lessons to prepare us for what's ahead.
