What Operating System you Use and Why

what are the operating systems you use and why you prefer that ?

I was using Windows 98 becaused it was installed in the computer when I purchased. When Windows XP was introduced, I purchased a certified copy of the same along with MS OFFICe and excel. It was quite expensive in those days. I am happy with it and occasionally I send the reports to MS sot hat it is updated.

win Xp is good in the sense that the new programs available in markets are mainly meant for xp. but for virus protection i think 98 is better than Xp
