they say in a birthday the mother should be the one to receive the thanks and joy because she is the one who suffered and risk her life to bring you out in this glorious day of your family.
so tell me friends if you are still celebrating your birthday by tretaing everybody with foods or tour them to a place? do you prepare a celebration for it?what are you thinking when this day comes? is it really special to you still comparing when you were still young?if not! what do you do then on this day?

Hi joshboz! Yes, I do celebrate my birthday every year. Mostly, I celebrated my birthdays at home. Sometimes, we go out with my family and significant others to other places, which I think maybe nice and desirable to celebrate my birthday!
Have a nice day and God speed!

Hi joshboz! I still celebrate my brithday but just like I usually do, I just celebrate it by having a simple dinner with my family and I have another day set aside for all of my nieces and nephews, and we go to a mall or go to a picnic. And I have another celebration with my husband. I guess, it didn't differ so much when I was younger because the happiness of celebrating it with the family is my ultimate joy inside my heart. Take care and have a nice day.

I am about to celebrate yet another birthday, I am about to turn 33 years old on the 24th of October. I still celebrate birthdays. Though I am definitely beginning to feel old. (Especially since my 17 year old daughter seems to specialize in making sure that I feel old.) I don't know what I will be doing on my birthday, that depends on how much money I have then. But I guarantee you that it will be fun.

Yes. I still celebrate my birthday. When I was still a little child, my parents would always give me a birthday party with lots of guests so that I can have lots of presents too. lol.. But now, I prefer spending my birthdays together with my family.. Like a family dinner or going out. Also with my friends, each birthday... I treat them to some place.. mostly music venues or bars where we can drink some margaritas, eat some chips and celebrate my birthday. :) I still want birthday parties.. But I just feel like I'm too old for that stuff. :_) Maybe special birthdays such as my 18th birthday , I can consider having a huge party with lots of guests. ;) Best of luck!

i love to celebrate my birthday! there were times when i get to go for a vacation on my birthday, but most of the times it's just like dinner with my loved ones. there's no finer way in celebrating your birthday surrounded by the people that you love, and those that love you :)

yes I am still celebrating my birthday but not like when i was onyl six yers old or ten years old that there should be a cake in our table. Now I dont want to spend much money for my birthday. I am contented with wha ti only have during my birthday. It is not neccessary to a birthday that there should always be a cake or a ice cream but the most important is that you have a good health every day and you have trust and faith to God. That is the most important ojn a birthday for me.

I usually don’t celebrate my birthdays now as in proper ‘celebration’. Being an only child, I had a pampered birthday in my childhood which continued well upto my early youth. I had friends over and my mom used to cook lovely dinner for all. But now being a mother of an 8yr old, I don’t celebrate with many people. Just the family. My hubby will gift me something and so will my parents and in-laws. There is no cake of course, but some special dishes will be cooked or got from a takeaway and we will enjoy the evening together. Oh! my son also gives me something…he usually takes a ‘loan’ from his Dad which he promises to repay from his pocket-money (but all of that goes into his piggy bank of course) and the ‘loan’ in never repaid lol!

No. I do not velebrate my birthday any more. Some people think of my birthday anyhow. So there is very little ceremony, coffee and a fancy cake. Basically I am getting to old, I do not want to be reminded of my age by many people.
Maybe I will celebrate my 75th birthday big again...
Happy mylotting.
