Do you promote mylot? If yes,how many quality referrals do you have?

Well I do. I have posted links of mylot in 2-3 networking sites i am involved with and also in my blog. I have over 50 referrals here but only 10% of them are active. Infact,I have noticed that getting referrals is not much an issue but making them work is. We need to get referrals who are likeminded and have a passion to discuss/share their feelings and ideas on matters which they find relevant.Infact I became a member of mylot after seeing an advertisement by mylot while searching on google and did not have any godfathers or godmothers here. Initially i remember that i did not even know what is required to be done and did struggle for almost two months.A referral inorder to become active need constant guidance in mylot and i think i might have fullfilled that to some extent because CEN7777 refered me as 'Guru' in his discussion and michaeldadona refered me as his 'mother'in mylot which i consider compliments to my efforts. Mylotters, I would like to know how you get quality referrals here and how you retain them?
