I am 20 years old and i am having a good sized tummy. I badly want to reduce it and bring it to the normal level but i do not know how. One way is to gym but i dont get the time for the that, in fact i dont even get proper time to have a morning walk. And moreover, i am person who loves food. So i eat a lot basically. So can someone suggest me a good diet for the next month so that i can reduce my tummy ??

There's now shortcut that will last. Only a lifestyle change. I've been a yo-yo dieter for years and I recently lost 70 pounds then put 25 back on. It's really hard to keep it off.

Since your time is limited, try at leat 15-20 minutes of getting some fresh air or doing some jump rope in your home, while you watch tv. Jumping rope burns lots of calories in a short period of time. Also, cut out the junk foods. Every few days, remove a junk food like cokes, or cookies. Increase your intake of water. Drink at least 8-10 cups of water a day. This will help flush out your system. When you are hungry for a snack, eat some carrot sticks, fresh fruit, or a few almonds. It's important to eliminate all the "white" foods such as white flour and white sugar. So, choose whole wheat bread, sweet potato instead of a plain potato, and brown rice instead of white rice. Making little changes over time, will give you the results you want. It takes time to form a habit. Also juicing fruits and vegetables will give you more nutrients and help flush out toxins. Going on a juice fast and detoxing the body will help you shed the pounds too. http://www.detoxbodyplan.com has more information on that. You can do it. Keep a food journal and write down the foods you eat.

I have a sort of a similar problem. If I were you, what I'd try to do is to drink a glass or half of a glass of water before you eat - it will help you feel full faster. Also, if you eat more slowly, your brain will have more time to realize when you are full. Your stomach can take some time to send a signal to your brain.

There is no quick fix when it comes to losing weight. If u want to lose weight u have to excercise, change the way u eat, and drink plenty of water.

Try water. I'm in the process of losing weight and when I drink a 1/2 gallon of water (or even eight 8 oz. of water) my weight drops. May I also suggest getting some exercise bands with handles? I take them everywhere and they work wonders on my pot belly!

Actually you can make you friend request to LOVELYDAME3000, she's from Mumbai, India and I believe that she can provide you the proper and appropriate guidance for your tummy problem. She is the one person that I know who implement gym system for her health and beauty and she has had undergone that gym programs. She can lead you for this matter.

Sure, eat breakfast wait 4 to 6 hours, eat lunch. Wait another 4 to 6 hours and eat super. Eat supper befor 19:00.
Don`t eat anything inbetween or after 19:00.
Befor you get out of bed in the morning do 10 situps.
The week after make that 20 every morning. You will see the difference. You are still young so you don,t need me telling you what to eat. Just make sure you let youself feel hungry for 30 min. That means your body is working off the tumtum.
Good Luck.
