Is it GOOD TO HAVE only 4 to 5 HRS of SLEEP EVERYDAY?

Hi guys... I work on a night shift. I had so much trouble in adjusting to that schedule. I have been on it for a month now. Before when my job was at day time, I used to have like 6 to 8 hours of sleep in a day. Now, I can barely have 4 hours of sleep. I work from 12MN to 9AM. I need to driver from work to home for 15 minutes then do something else that would make me feel sleepy. If I dont watch TV, I read newspaper, online blogging, or mylotting. SO normally I sleep at about 12NN maximum. I need to wake up at 4 or atleast before 5PM because I need to attend my Nursing Classes from 5:30PM to 9:30PM. After that Ill return home. I wont go back to sleep anymore because if I do, Ill be late for work, am sure. Is it okay to have just 4 to 5 hours of sleep in a day? WHat supplement you can recommend for me? Thanks!
