I need help with special effects for moviemaker

Hello Friends. I do a news and views show called C4 News & Views at liveleak.com under smokeyc4 I am desperatly looking for a special effects that make the background look like a real news show. Ive got moviemaker2 but I cant find any news backgrounds that will do monthly payments and adobe doesnt work. Can anyone help at all,once I have the special effects newsroom background ill do a much better show. im known all over the world under smokeyc4 but with a background it would really help a lot. if anyone can help id appreciate it more than words can say.
