RECOMMENDATION FOR NON-STATE/CANADA/UK Resident

Hi everyone,
I've noticed a lot of mylot people are interested to make money online. SOme recommending good sites that allows you to earn for free without any fees which is good. But i noticed after joining these sites, most of their offers or promos are open to USA, CANADA or UK residents only, and they dont offer the same service to people living outside of the country, or has limited country of coverage.
For people like us in Asia-Pacific, please recommend legit sites for online making projects. Recommendations are highly appreciated.

yeah... can u recommend a good site that really pays online most especially here in philippines.. lot of filipino wants to surf at the same time to earn..
