Have you ever been in the hand of God?
Do you know what it's like to be there and you now see things very differently ?
I do not go to Church , because ( mainly ) I do not believe in organized Religion. And I also know what it is to be in the Palm of God.
It is not something , that another Human Can lead you to ; however , make no mistake....when / If it does happen in your lifetime.....It will come to you when you weren't looking for it. The hand of God will Open up for you....not because you were begging , or suffering for it. It is not at all complicated to be w/ God....
Because he walks in you throughout your Journey. Don't ask for a sign . Because if you have to ask...then you're trying too hard.
Have you ever heard the phrase " ' Can't see the Forest , for the Trees? "
this applies. Seeing God is all about your approach in life. When this came to me....I was Babtized in my own tears , because of it's simplicity.
" Come before me with the eyes of a child " ( this applies also ) Knowing God is a
very personal experience , that overwhelms an individual w/ such peace and love ,
and even though it may be a fleeting experience...you will view things in such a way , that you will leave your prior views in the past ( where they belong )
No I'm not a Crack-pot... I am not a religious person. Religion was / is the least of my Concerns on this Planet. I do not fear what I say for or about God , because I know him and ; likewise , he knows me. We are best friends.
My message simply is this.....Look no further , then your own heart.
Your Body is the temple and God sits in the throne , that is your heart. Seek him out. The Alter is your Mind....Give thanks to him . He's waiting for you.

Somehow, you words made me understand the place of God in my life. Like you, I chose to not belong to a particular religion but I do have the yearning to share my belief in God that is not defined by traditional religiious books that most use. I am waiting for the revelation of finding wholeness in the awareness of being identified with God. Bless you in all your endeavors.

Here's the Beautiful part.....
He Can present himself to you at any Moment.
Whether ( at the exact Moment ) you happen to be doing something
and not even focused on him . Ie...White -water rafting , or picking your Kids up from School. He chooses when it is the right time. All you have to do...
is Know that he is with you always.
If in this lifetime he grants your wish of seeing him....
You will experience an abundance of love , the Likes of which you have never known. It will humble you to your very core. Not because you are in any sense afraid of God....quite the Contrary....but Because his Love is unimaginable.

I can truly say God holds me tightly eversince. That he never puts me down no matter what happens. I am blessed and always thankful for that. I encountered a lot of trials in my life. But here I am still standing and carrying on. I am no longer afraid to fall and expoerienced problems and obstacles again. because I know God is holding me. And He will atke good care of me in His hands.

I pray when I am walking to work. If I go by a vehicle due to work pressure at home, poof goes my praying. I know it is wrong. I however try and live up to the principles of our faith Zoroastranism which is Good Thoughts, Good Words and Good Deeds. If I am basically good and do my duty to my fellow human beings, I feel more blessed than by just praying. I try to do my duty wihtout anyone knowing about it, quietly and lovingly. I know deeds are very important in this life and the next.

I believe that all of us are constantly being held in the hand of God. If we pay attention to this, we feel it. God is my best friend as well and I thank him everyday for too many things to name in this particular forum! I don't attend church either but I'm quite the prayer warrior and concern myself with the people I love, the people I dislike, the community, the world ... the list goes on and on! For me it all boils down to love and thank God that we are blessed with many opportunities to love all.
