As a young man,I think you should give up that job and find another chanlleng job,you said that you have little things to do and spend most of time on surfing on the net.In my opinion,it is bad for your future and you can learn little,it is hard for you to make some developing. I think you should make a decision as quickly as possible and look forward to another wonderful life. Good luck to you, money maybe is not the most important thing.

You are lucky to have a job that is well paying and doesn't have little things to do. Many people are looking for that kind of job. Ha Ha Ha. Seriously, in my humble opinion, do not quit yet. Why don't you observe, ask around and find out first, why you have little things to do? Maybe, your company is not yet in full production mode because of maintenance, or it is waiting for orders from clients. There are many reasons. A good employee is also one that is looking after the company's welfare. And yes, I agree that you talk to your boss first and ask why. Certainly, the boss will be more than willing to answer your queries. And last advice, before quitting, search for another job first, so you don't have a lull in between. Good luck!

I don't know why you are crying hahaha. I would love a job that pays great and still have time to blow surfing the internet! Beleive me you don't want to be stressed. If your job is boring then make your life after work fun.

hmm..maybe you should talk to your boss first before quiting? try to ask if your boss has any work to assign to you. if after that you still feel bored or have nothing much to do at work then yeah, i guess then you should try to hunt for other jobs. good luck! :)
