What do you think RSS,feed, is it legal ?

At his time we can put article another blog on our own blog without permission because we can get their feed via newsgator and put the code to our blog,
Usually we have to ask the owner if we want to used their article, so how about if we take a feed from another blog?
and put the article to our blog is it legal ?

No, it isn't illegal. The blogger allowed the content to be syndicated as a means of promoting their site. It is best if you include a link back to the original blog site (most RSS readers do this).

I have seen some of my blogger posts (computer tech links, in my mylot profile) on other sites, where they must be using a rss feed scraper program to code it in to those sites. I'm not sure if I mind (unless I had a reason to), but as long as a link is referred to my blog, and that such sites are relevant to my posts.
I guess it's a form of stealing - but as long that content or post is used in a adequate useful way, and that of course you inform the author/site owner...
