everyday how many times do you brush your teeth?

Hello, I brush my teeth twice a day! I always ensure that I am not going to eat sweet foods after brushing my teeth so that the mint will still be there. In addition, I am using mouth wash before going to bed. Have a nice day and God speed!

Hello meenneixz. I brush my teeth every after meal. And that is at least 3 times a day. When I wake up in the morning I brush my teeth. When I'm in my corporate job, I have to of course brush my teeth after lunch. And I cannot go to sleep at night without brushing my teeth first. Even my small kids has the same habit. :)

..regularly i brush my teeth every after a meal....just making sure that cavities wouldn't be able to appear...i think so?....but dentist recommends to brush our teeth at least 2-3 times a day....

regularly,i do it two times a day,morning after i get up,evening before i go to bed.sometimes i would brush it at noon after supper before i take a nap.

Twice a day. I think it's enough. And the color of your theath doesn't matter, but you should brush them at least twice to keep them healthy.
