Very interesting question. I say yes. We dream about the things that we are stimulated by during the day. For a sighted person this includes sights, smells, sounds, and touch, and taste. A blind person is still stimulated my many things during the day. Sometimes if I fall asleep with the TV on, I will have dreams about what is playing on the TV.
