How can we maintain our spirituality amid all temptations around ?

Nowadays it's not easy to really follow God's commandments and instruction contained in the scriptures. With all the wickedness and temptations around there is a great tendency to follow what the world dictates. How can we overcome these ?

We are all tempted ..Jesus was tempted also in everyway a man can be tempted but yet he did not sin...I believe you have to look at the big picture....You have to get your eyes off of people because people will let you down..you have to control those evil thought by dismissing them.We will be tempted but we do not have to fall,just because we are tempted....We have birds flying over our heads all the time but only "We" can keep them from building their nest in our hair...Stand stong in what you believe.When you start to do something ,you ask yourself what would Jesus do? If you follow your heart and pray and remember to not sow bad seeds,because whatever you do wrong will come back on you...That right there is enough to keep me inline...
