Why wont it let me add/edit my interests and some pictures?

Everytime I try to add/edit different things in my interests I type in what I want in the as my interest and then press the add button...then after it loads the page goes white and then I check to see if it was added and nothing...It wont add to my interests..Why is this? Am I doing something wrong? or is there something going on with mylot? Can anybody help me to make it work?? Then there are a few of my pictures that I try to load and it wont load them..There is only like 4-6 of them that wont load...It said that there was a error that accured and the picture can't be loaded..Why is this and my other pictures load just fine.? and they aren't bad pictures at all...And I'm just not understanding what has been on here... If you can help I think you so much...
