Hello michfroi! First of all, welcome to myLot. Likewise, I am also under pressure to my work. You just have to calm down and relax. Concentrate from what you are doing and I am pretty sure you can make your work faster. Don't feel panic because this will make you so pressured.
Have a nice day and God speed!

In agreeing with braveheart07, I must add that you can eliminate or reduce pressure by being more organised and entirely focussed on your work.
Simply write down a to-do list, with priorities, and make sure you adhere to that.
You will find that you will do more work and feel less under pressure.
Avoid time-wasting activities such as tea breaks, office gossip, etc. You can actually include those on your to-do list, for fun.
For instance, when I have a lot of work and too much pressure and a yarn of deadlines, I actually include tea and coffee on my to-do list and apportion time for the "activity".
That way, I make sure I make good use of my time.
When I am done, I sit back, relax, and play a game. All stress relieved, no pressure. :D

well i ride a jeep go soemwhere else. . sometimes being alone really helps in handling pressure which comes to us so often in a while. . i mean just thinking about others and how they manage their lives and they seem to be relaxed really keeps my compsure in a state of balance.
