Is love everything?

It's well-known that love is a complex emotion,but it is too complex that there ara some friends around me crying for his/her love.I think it isn't a good phenomenon.Of course,love can change more things than we imagine,but I consider that love is not everything.Are you agreed with me? I'd like to listen to your different opinons,which I may use to help my friends...

of course love is not everything, if it was, why we still work hard for earning. i have heard the following words: i can live without oxygen only if love exists. is that true? absolutely not.
however, love can really change many things, for example, to make a lazy guy to a studious one. or make a passive one become positive. in the hardest time, love could be the only reason people try to survive.
