Why do we want to learn English?

Nowadays,more and more people like to study English.There are many reasons to explain their behavior.For example me,I want to make friends with foreigners.At the same time,I can study more and more advanced technology from developed country,because developed country are all English-spoken country.What 's your reason?

we should learn english language coz as we all know english is out international language... this is the language we used when we travel to other country..
