Do you hide your real self from everything?

I know this is slightly a touchy subject but some people contain their feelings inside of them until the just explode. Like here, in the net. Do you guys pretend someone your not? Would it be easier to live when you be someone else?

some part we have to hide our self like don't using your real picture as an avatar, may be a real killer trying to looking for a next victim,... huhuhu...scary..
