Can a hindi movie ever win an oscar?

What makes a movie win a an oscar. Why are indian movies not even close to the mark. Pointers and suggestions are most welcome on this topic. Personally I feel "Black" can be labelled as the closest shot to the oscars by any indian movie. Is the jury biased or do hindi movies seriously lack the punch. Comments are invited

Yes why not. Why is it impossible? There are some great actors in Bollywood too. I guess Lagaan was nominated for oscars but I don't know if they won any award for that or not. and I guess there was this other movie of Big B "Black" which was nominated too. Why can't Bollywwod win oscars. I know they used to make some stupid senseless movies but not anymore. Bollywood have changed now. No more love triangels.
