Is money a motivator?

When choosing a job, what do you look for ?? Is it Job Satisfaction or is it a higher pay package but lesser job satisfaction? So indirectly, is money a motivator for you?

I would say money is a motivator for me, because u have to have it to get the things u need and want without it your misserable.
