What symptoms do you have if you go without caffeine? I get headaches & I'm already bipolar -- so I have nasty mood swings with lots of anger. How 'bout you?

I get headaces myself from lack of caffine. I either drink soda or coffee to help me get rid of the headace. Of course I get migrane headaces also from time to time.

I am big time addicted to caffeine. I just started a post about caffeine withdrawal. I am going through it big time today. Oh, my aching head.

Mainly headaches if I don't get my caffeine.. I do drink alot of coffee though.. I was told to much is bad for you but i just can't help it, I am a addicted to it.. I do drink water also but other than that nothing really every so often juice and things.. I do drink milk with my coffee as well a bit of creamer.. I do get testy though when i don't get my caffeine and that's when my other half knows when to go get me coffee or go buy some so I am not so cranky! lol

I get headaches too when I have not had my fix for the day or at least one cup of coffee. I think my moods have a lot to do with my addiction to caffeine - its worse when I have my period!

I can go without it but when I do I just get cravings for it. It gets annoying after a while but compared to some of my firends, I feel fortunate to not be hooked on caffine. They get headaches, and are sometimes very irritable. Who thought caffine could be so addictive?

I was. I got headaches, above all, and couldn't fall asleep without strong coffee. I decided it was unacceptable and stopped drinking coffee, and after about three days I felt ok again. Now I'm back to drinking coffee again but only one cup every day, and not a strong one.

I'm a lot better off when I don't have it, and I have gone months at a time, and need to quit again at preswent, I don't get the headache , I get the whole single day of lethrgy and a hopeless feeling when I stop. So, that helps me quit, wanting to get over that one day as swiftly as possible.

I'm bipolar too, so I try very hard to keep myself on an even keel. We don't need any more disruptions, do we? I do get headaches if I don't drink at least one soda a day, but I've been assured one soda won't hurt me. If I go days without caffeine, I also get very fatigued. Not moody, but definitely not jolly.

Hi gwendovere! I am not yet addicted to caffeine, well, I think I am not. I could go without coffee or chocolates for days feeling good but I do sometimes crave for it. Haha..And I guess, I am moody sometimes but not because of it. It is because I didn't get what I want. LOL! Take care and have a nice day.

Me too, years ago I heard coffee was not good. So instantly I stopped drinking coffee. Two days later I had a splitting headace, that stayed for a few days. Hands started shaking when I got a little nervous. And of course grumpy, that is normal when you have a headace. But, no one believed it was from the coffee.LOL I do drink coffee again, but not so much as I used to. Take care.
