Is sleeping tiring? Coz there are a lot of times when i wake up in the morning, I still feel tired. And when I am tired, I want to sleep some more. That's why it's very easy for me to return my bad sleeping habit because of this problem. I always end up sleeping through daytime again and again and again.. How can I wake up without feeling tired, or how can I get a satisfying rest. ?

The quality of sleep that you get is very important. Your body needs a certain amount of "deep sleep". I'm a very light sleeper and I wake up several times during the night. It's not healthy and it will actually affect your health. My father got a test for sleep apnea and found out that he wasn't sleeping well because he wasn't breathing right during the night. He now has a machine with a mask that he sleeps with and he rarely wakes during the night. I'm thinking of seeing the doctor about that.
