Two weeks ago in our paper was a picture of twin babies that had passed away at birth. An obit followed and funeral plans were announced..well it was pending. Last week everyone found out that there were never any babies. The pics in the paper had been downloaded from the internet. The woman had told everyone that she had delivered twins.....that they had died....and she took a sealed bottle of ashes to the mortuary to plan the funeral. The funeral director knew something was suspicious so he called the hospital and the woman had never been there. They then called the police to open the sealed container and the ashes were not human. She had made up the story to get money from the supposed dad and also from friends and relatives as memorials...To me this is the ultimate scam. Using a pretense like the death of a child to get money. Have you ever heard of anything this disgusting?

No I haven't. I just hear false promises of getting rich quick and all they want you to do is give them some money which they call an "investment".

I was appalled at the scam. I saw the obituary in the paper and felt so bad for the parents and grandparents whom I know. Then I saw the retraction in the newspaper and felt sickened. That is the worst scam that I have heard of in a long time. She was fired from her job and now claims that she is pregnant again...I think she is a very sick person.

Hi jillhill! Oh, that is so low! That woman is sick and so cold. Imagine you those family of the man who are grieving somehow for a loss that never was real. Goodness! How could some people do sick things just to squeeze money from other people? Truly, that is so low. That is why some people have difficulty in trusting because of people like that woman. Take care and blessings to you.

This is really really really sad, i dont know whom to pity, rather I pity the woman but i dont know why to pity her,is it because she has stooped so low just to earn some cash, or because she has been ditched by everyone who she depended upon. But still there are other ways out of the crisis, like getting a job that pays something or borrowing cash from friends and then repaying them at some future point in life. But honestly what about the shoddy reporting, didnt the newspaper go and check the facts out first before publishing them in the media ! That proves it, the media is not to be trusted at all !!
