why no response

This is a popular question among new members of mylot. I know I wondered about it a little myself. It's because you are new, and there are many, many people here on mylot with you. To have your discussions answered, it's best to make as many friends as possible. Of course, a person doesn't want to just accept everyone without checking their profile, but the more friends you have, the more people will get your discussions, and then more and more people will see them as they get on 'recent discussion' list, as well as perhaps the 'top discussions' list. It's not hard to make it to the top discussions or hot topics. Adding friends to your friend list is essential to success on mylot. It takes time to make money here, so it's a labor of love for everyone on this site, I believe. : ) You're doing good, your discussions are obviously well thought out and intelligent. Pretty soon you'll have more responses than you know what to do with. My last tip is to tag your discussions with words that fit the description of your discussion. That way people can find them if they are looking for something that fits your category of topic.

It depends, because people would prefer to choose posts that interests them. Also, you have to participate more and add more friends for you to rely on here. With all the members here that came from different parts of the world, I believe that some of them cannot simply respond on your discussion when they are not even aware of what the topic is all about. I also have some discussions that that are unresolved, discussions I started with no response in which I made during my early days here. Don't worry much about it, just do what you think is best for you and continue posting.

No, I don't have such a problem.. Maybe u don't put in the right tags to ur discussion, and that's why its hard for people to find ur discussion.. U shud put tags most suitable to ur discussions and the keywords shud be in the broad sense like life, people, mylot and the like.. If u put in very specific tags, then u are sure to find no takers for ur discussion.. Hope that helps u in ur future discussions... Happy mylotting...

Hi there.. In my case, I only respond to discussions that impress me in the first place, and I don't pay attention on the person who starts the discussion.. So, I don't know exactly whther I responded to ur discussions before, but I found this discussion interesting, and here i am responding to it..

sorry never saw your discussions i don't reckon. i try and discuss anything that i would know about or could relate to. it will get better i'm sure. just keep it up and don't give up
