Work, family, study, relationship, etc, any one of these may greatly affect your life if handling it improperly. How do you think balance them, or manage your stress resulting from your family, job or anything that would be the troublemaker?

Well, raising three kids is really a big burden for you. If all of your kids are very young, the housework is a headache for you since your kids cannot help you with it. In this case, it's suggested you hire someone to look after your kids and the housework.

actually, my two boys are 8 and 9 so they could help out around the house more than they do. I think that is why i get so frustrated with the whole thing. I clean up and they throw stuff right where i have cleaned. i have tried everything from saying i would give them an allowance each week if they keep their room clean without me having to tell them 20 times to do it. nothing seems to work and with my 17 month old daughter, well you can probably guess how that goes. always picking up after her. LOL! it is a burden, but i love being able to be here for them all the time, even though there are times i just need a break. it's worth it though...now if i could just get my boys to do some housework, easy tasks around here, it would take so much off of me. we'll see how that works out.

I'm loaded with burdens that never seem to ease. Because of my illness I cannot work. Because of that we are struggling financially. Because of that I am stressed out... and stress makes my illness worse. It's a vicious circle. Add to that the loads of things I have to do being involved with a writing group, the church, a little babysitting, laundry, cooking, running my kids here, there and everywhere, not to mention my husband's lunch - life is just overwhelming and really not what I expected and keep wondering when I will ever see some relief. Tomorrow I will be getting a much needed massage. I am sooo looking forward to that.

Sure every body has his own burdens, heavier or lighter. For the poor, supporting family and making a better live is their burden; for the rich, maybe balancing the relationship between work and family could be their problem. Reality always blows us when we're trying to weave our ideal life. Despite of that, we struggle and strive for a break and seek pleasantness from the trivial.
